Outbound Focus came into being some years ago to promote responsible outbound dialing practices with the aim of protecting the industry which was, and still is, in danger of being terminally damaged through bad dialing practices.
The long overdue actions taken by the US federal authorities to curtail bad dialing practices in the US have gone some way towards establishing a much healthier outbound market there, and have had a major impact on thinking and practices in other countries.
In the latest issue of our newsletter we have looked at what other countries are doing, and we continue to make the case for responsible dialing on a global basis.
